The Service is a poultry farm management platform provided on a monthly subscription, per-workspace basis. Subscribing grants you the right to use one workspace for your farm's operations for as long as your subscription remains active, subject to these Terms.
New workspaces may start with a free trial period, the length of which is shown at signup. No payment method is required to start a trial. Access continues automatically into a paid subscription only if you choose to subscribe; an unconverted trial simply ends, with no charge.
Once subscribed, your payment method is charged automatically each month via Paystack until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not prorate or refund partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your workspace. You own the farm data you enter; we do not sell it.
You agree not to use the Service to store unlawful content, attempt to access another workspace's data, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend a workspace for violation of these Terms, or for a failed payment that remains unresolved after Paystack's automatic retry attempts are exhausted.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms, our pricing, or trial terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
