Account information you provide at signup (name, email, phone, farm name), and the operational data you enter while using the Service. Payment card details are handled entirely by Paystack — we never see or store your card number.
To provide and operate the Service, communicate with you about your account, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Each workspace's data is logically separated from every other workspace's data at the database level; workspaces cannot see or access each other's records.
We use Paystack to process payments and may use email/SMS providers to send notifications you've enabled.
We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you close your account, contact us to request deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements.
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
