How This Works

1. Submit the form above with the email address registered to your account.
2. If it matches a registered account, we'll email you a one-time confirmation link — this proves the request actually came from you, not someone who merely knows your email address.
3. Once confirmed, our team reviews and processes the deletion, typically within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Your login credentials, profile information, and — for a farm you administer — all associated farm records: flocks, incubation batches, egg and feed logs, health records, sales and purchase history, financial records, employee and payroll data, and any uploaded files (such as your farm's logo).

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment transaction records), even after your account is deleted. These are retained only as long as legally required and are not accessible through the app once your account is deleted.

Important

Deleting your account is permanent. If you administer a farm, this will permanently remove that farm's records and all associated data for every user on it — this cannot be undone. If you're one of several staff on a farm you don't own, only your own login is affected.
